Leading UK auction house Lane & Holmes Network Auctions held their second London auction of 2017 on May 3rd at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane.
The forty five lot catalogue had a diverse range of land, residential and commercial property from the length and breadth of England, Wales and Scotland and demonstrated the strength of the Lane & Holmes Network Auctions approach and the auction market.

Auctioneer Guy Charrison was kept busy at the rostrum and sold lots from £12,000 for a piece of land in Colne in Lancashire to £1,025,000 for a mixed use commercial lot on the Seven Sisters Road in North London.

In total, sales reached over £5.4 million.

In our May auction we sold lots in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Cornwall, Merseyside, Hertfordshire, Kent, Lancashire, Cambridgeshire, Devon, East Sussex, South Glamorgan, Powys, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, Cleveland, East and North London and Aberdeenshire!
