Nick was a founding Partner of the Company in 1985 and continues to relish the opportunity to bring people and property together. Nick has a considerable number of local connections across the town through the property sector and associated fields. Nick consistently uses his knowledge of the area to match buyers with property and he also brings a wealth of experience in managing sales and problem solving.

Co-founder Andrew prides himself on retaining a hand's on approach to the business and his personal approach has been and continues to be popular with many a client, old and new.

Ross thrives on being in the thick of things and is an experienced negotiator. He has worked in the Bedford market since 2000 and consistently carries out market appraisals across the Bedford area. He uses his extensive knowledge to put together effective, bespoke marketing strategies for clients across varying sectors of the residential sales market.

Cathy is one of Bedford's most experienced agents with considerable knowledge of all aspects of the industry. From sale negotiation through to completion, Cathy thrives on managing the process from start to finish and liaising with all parties involved in a transaction.

Kaisha has been a key member of our team since 2019 starting off as weekend staff and joining us during the week in 2020. She is a great negotiator and administrator.

Rachel is the newest member of staff and brings a wealth of experience within the secretarial and administration sector. Having previously worked for a law firm in London, she is used to working to strict deadlines and ensuring accuracy.

Sam previously worked for a large telecommunications company designing and implementing their processes and systems. Since joining our company over 10 years ago, she has since implemented similar processes to ensure that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Alastair has over 25 years experience within the lettings market and understands the importance of constantly adapting to meet the individual needs of both landlords and tenants.
